30 days to try it at home. Free returns in the EU and the UK: I email you a prepaid label, you drop the parcel at a relay point.

Free from €139, in 3 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.

Who answers when I write?

I do. STAASH is a one-person shop. Emails sent to contact@staash.eu reach me directly.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes: Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping is free from €139 (£129 in the UK, $149 in the US) and costs €4.40 below that. A faster Express VIP option is shown at checkout.

Are returns free?

Yes, in the EU and the UK. You have 30 days from delivery to try it at home, no reason needed. Write to me: I email you a prepaid return label, you drop the parcel at a relay point, and your refund goes out within 48 hours of receiving it.

Where is my order?

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. No news after that? Write to me with your order number.

My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?

Write to me right away at contact@staash.eu with your order number and we sort it out.
