Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between MCK SAS and any customer placing an order on the website staash.eu.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 2 – Products
Products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation.
MCK SAS reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes and are not contractually binding.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency of the market you are browsing — euros (€), US dollars ($) or pounds sterling (£) — and include all applicable taxes. The currency and the price that apply are those displayed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
MCK SAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, provided that the price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
MCK SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute with the customer, previous non-payment, or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
All transactions are secured through payment providers used by the website.
MCK SAS does not have access to the customer’s banking information.
Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website.
Article 6 – Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times are provided as estimates only.
In any case, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.
Some orders may be fulfilled via external logistics partners, which may result in slightly extended delivery times.
If delivery is delayed, customers may request cancellation under applicable consumer laws.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
MCK SAS shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, etc.).
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and 30-day return guarantee (EU customers)
We grant all customers a commercial return guarantee of 30 days from delivery, without any justification and without prior approval on our part.
Independently of that guarantee, customers located in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product, without providing any reason. The 30-day guarantee is granted in addition to this statutory right and does not replace, reduce or limit it. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to the customer applies.

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of our receiving the returned product, and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw, as required by law.
The full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which prevails over this article in case of inconsistency.
Article 8 – Legal warranties (EU customers)
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects under applicable laws.
In case of non-conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement at no cost.
If these solutions are not possible, a refund or price reduction may be granted.
Article 9 – Liability
MCK SAS shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of products.
The company shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow product instructions.
Article 10 – Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Please contact us at contact@staash.eu.
If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Article 11 – Personal data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Article 12 – Force majeure
MCK SAS shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, transport disruptions, pandemics, etc.).
Article 13 – Governing language
These Terms of Sale may be translated into multiple languages.
In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail for international customers.
For customers residing in France, the French version may apply where required by law.
