We process every order within 48 business hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 9 business days in Europe and 6 to 10 in the United States. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.

Yes. Standard shipping is free to Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum order. A faster VIP option is available at checkout for €8.

You have 14 days after delivery to return your order. Write to contact@staash.eu and we send you the return address the same day — you do not need our approval first.

Every STAASH product carries a 2-year warranty. If something fails in normal use, we replace it.
