Besonders positiv fällt die griffige PU-Oberfläche auf, die auch bei feuchteren Händen oder schweißtreibenderen Einheiten mehr Stabilität geben sollte als einfache Schaumstoffmatten. Die Matte wirkt durch Naturgummi und die etwas breitere Form insgesamt hochwertig und studiotauglich, während Zubehör wie Gurt und Auflage das Set sinnvoll ergänzt. Im Alltag dürfte allerdings das höhere Gewicht auffallen, wodurch es etwas weniger praktisch für häufiges Transportieren ist.
