How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum order. A faster VIP option is available at checkout for €8.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days after delivery to return your order. Write to contact@staash.eu and we send you the return address the same day — you do not need our approval first.
Is there a warranty?
Every STAASH product carries a lifetime warranty. If something fails in normal use, we replace it.
Who answers when I write?
