Is shipping free?
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, everywhere, with no minimum. Orders arrive in four to eight business days, and you get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Where do you ship?
Across Europe, to the United Kingdom and to the United States. Standard shipping is free everywhere; a faster, paid option is offered at checkout where available.
Are returns free?
Yes, in the EU and the UK. You have 30 days from delivery to try it at home, no reason needed. Write to us: we email you a prepaid return label, you drop the parcel at a relay point, and your refund goes out within 48 hours of receiving it.
My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?
Write to us right away at contact@staash.eu with your order number and a photo. We sort it out, at no cost to you.
Products & quality
What makes a STAASH board built to last?
Three things we don't compromise on. A 12-ply varnished birch deck, 79 × 39 cm, rated to 150 kg. A WideBase™ width of 39 cm, so your whole foot fits, facing forward or sideways. And a finishing step done by hand on every board, with softened edges.
Will it take my weight, and what about my floor?
The deck holds up to 150 kg. The Pro Kit includes a cork mat that sits between the roller and your floor, so tile and parquet stay protected.
I have never used a balance board. Is it hard?
Easier than it looks. Most people find the balance point in their first session. Start on the half-moon, which moves less, then move to the roller when you feel ready.
Is the training app included?
Yes. The STAASH training app comes free with every kit: scan the QR code in the box. It takes you from the first wobble to rolling with confidence, in sessions of a few minutes.
Essential or Pro — which kit?
The Essential Kit is the board, the cork roller and the ball: everything you need to start. The Pro Kit adds a half-moon and a cork mat, so you can train anywhere, on any floor.
How do I care for cork and birch?
No solvents. A soft, dry or barely damp cloth after use, then let it dry flat in the open air. Keep it away from prolonged damp and direct heat.
Warranty & payment
What if something breaks?
Every STAASH product carries a lifetime warranty. If something gives way in normal use, write to us and we replace it. The legal guarantee of conformity applies on top.

Every payment is protected by encryption, and your personal data by SSL technology: the little padlock in your browser's address bar. Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna.
