I've never used a balance board. Is it hard to start?
Most people are standing on it within the first ten minutes. Start next to a wall or a doorframe so you have something to touch, put the board flat on the mat, and aim for thirty calm seconds rather than five shaky minutes.
Every board comes with our training app. Scan the QR code on the card inside the box, or use the link we email you after your order — it walks you through the first week session by session: how long to go, what to feel, when to move on.
What's in the box, and do I need anything else?
No. Every board ships as a complete set: the birch deck, the cork roller and the massage ball. Nothing to assemble, nothing to order separately.
The Pro Kit is the 5-in-1: board, roller, half-moon rocker, massage ball and protective cork mat.
Which one should I choose?
If you want to try balance training and keep it simple, take the Essential Kit — board, roller and ball, ready to use.
If you already train, work barefoot, or want more ways to move, take the Pro Kit. The half-moon rocker and the protective mat are what open up new exercises once the roller stops feeling unstable.
