Most training gear looks like gym equipment. It ends up in a cupboard. We make ours in materials you don't mind looking at, so they stay out — on the floor, next to the sofa, ready when you have five minutes.
THE STORY
There is no team. There is me.
I started STAASH because I wanted a board I would actually use. Everything I could buy was black plastic, loud branding, built for a gym floor. Nothing I wanted to look at every day.
So I drew one. Birch deck, cork roller, no logos shouting. I ordered a first batch, sold it, and kept going. Today more than 15,000 pieces have shipped — boards, yoga sets and cork discs — and I still answer the emails myself.
What we actually make
Balance boards
A 10-ply birch deck, varnished, with a cork roller and ball. 79 × 39 cm, up to 150 kg.
Yoga sets
A studio-size mat, 183 × 68 cm and 4.5 mm: high-grade PU on a natural rubber base. Pad, towel and strap included.
Cork discs
Agglomerated cork half-moons, 30 × 10 cm. Balance, stability and mobility, wherever you set them down.

The design and the specifications are worked out with partners I choose — materials, tooling, finish — and every run is checked before it ships.
STAASH stays small on purpose: no support desk, no ticket number. I answer the emails myself.

Who is behind STAASH?
One person. I design the products and answer every email myself. There is no support desk and no ticket number — when you write, you reach the person who makes the decisions.
Where is everything made?
Designed in France, in our Paris studio, and manufactured by a long-standing partner workshop. Every batch is checked before it ships. Ask me about a specific product and I will tell you exactly.
Why cork and birch, and not plastic?
Because you leave them out. Plastic gear looks like gym equipment, so it ends up in a cupboard. Cork and birch age well, feel good barefoot, and stay in the living room.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. Standard shipping is free everywhere, with no minimum order, and arrives in three to five business days. Customs and duties outside the EU are not included and remain payable by you.
Can I buy STAASH elsewhere?
Yes, on Amazon in Europe. The products are the same. Buying here means the training app is set up for you, and any question comes straight to me rather than through a marketplace.
What if something breaks?
Write to me. Every product carries the two-year legal guarantee, and if something fails in normal use we sort it out. Cork marks with time — that is the material living, not a fault.
