Some orders may be fulfilled through our logistics partners or external warehouses, which can occasionally extend overall delivery times.

Shipping times  
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order.

In most cases, orders are delivered faster.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and logistics conditions.

Shipping costs  
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, in every country we ship to.

Where an additional paid delivery option is available, it is shown at checkout next to the free standard option. You are never required to choose it.

Tracking  
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs, duties and taxes  
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery issues  
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@staash.eu. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect address  
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Force majeure  
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or natural events).
