Order processing
We commit to processing your order within 24 hours (business days).

Some orders may be fulfilled through our logistics partners or external warehouses, which can occasionally extend overall delivery times.

Shipping times
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and logistics conditions.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders from €139 in the European Union, from £129 in the United Kingdom and from $149 in the United States. Below that amount, standard shipping costs €4.40 (£4.40 in the UK, $4.40 in the US). The Pro Kit always ships free.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@staash.eu. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or natural events).

Express VIP delivery — loss and theft guarantee
Express VIP delivery costs €9.40 (£9.40 in the UK, $9.40 in the US), whatever the order amount. Your order is prepared and shipped as a priority, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days after dispatch.
If your express parcel is lost by the carrier or stolen before it reaches you, we will send you the same order again free of charge. Simply email us at contact@staash.eu within 14 days of the expected delivery date, quoting your order number.
Breakage is covered by our lifetime warranty, whatever the delivery method.
