Comment l'utiliser, en trois étapes
- Installe. Pose le rouleau au sol, la planche dessus, et garde un mur à portée de bras.
- Trouve le point d'équilibre. Un pied à chaque extrémité, puis déplace ton poids lentement jusqu'à ce que les deux bords décollent du sol.
- Deux minutes par jour. Commence pendant que l'eau chauffe. Quand tu n'as plus besoin du mur, roule plus loin et plus lentement.

Die Lasur an der Außenseite macht es optisch ansprechend und schützt das Brett vor Abnutzung.Die Korkrolle funktioniert super, sie bietet Stabilität in einer Richtung, sodass man gut in die Funktion reinkommt.Der Korkball ist ebenso überzeugend. Beim Drauf stellen komprimiert er minimal, was man am Anfang nicht erwartet hat, wodurch er weniger wegrollt und man mehr Stabilität hat.Ich hätte mir als weitere Schwierigkeit allerdings noch einen härteren Ball gewünscht, der sich frei unter dem Brett bewegen kann.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist allerdings die Übungsanweisung: Diese wirkt lieblos gestaltet. Dieses Board haben wir unserer Enkelin geschenkt,die sich sehr darüber gefreut hat !! Leider ist die Matte sehr empfindlich und hatte schnell einen Riss!! Schade!!

Let me start with the looks: this board is beautiful. I don't feel like the pictures capture what a glossy finish it has. It absolutely pops in person. I initially thought there was plastic wrap on it because it was so shiny. When not using it, I use a guitar hook to hang on the wall.I already had a surf board shaped balance board that I use on a regular basis. This is larger. And IMO larger is definitely better. It allows you a more natural stance. It also lets you roll back and worth quite a bit more and just feels smoother.So 5/5 on the above.My complaints are I wish the cork roller was a bit wider. As you can see in the one picture, it's not that much wider than the board. And it's basically impossible to roll in a straight line. You're always slightly askew with all balance boards of this type. So an extra couple inches in width would have been appreciated. It would have allowed longer times between forced resets.Because of the extra length of this board, I also wish the diameter of the cork had been an extra .5 to 1 inches higher. As you can see from the photo, the first time I used it, I landed the nose on the mat pretty hard and it ripped. I was used to a shorter board and I hit the ground quicker than expected with this longer setup. And the board doesn’t glide on this cork mat. If you hit it, it's going to grip you to a stop. I was moving pretty fast and it gripped and ripped. I've used the mat a couple days after that and didn't have an issues (since I was careful how I landed the board). But it's definitely a concern if you're rolling fast and the nose of the board hits the mat. Personally, I don't use the mat now. On the rare occasion my nose hits the ground during hard rocks back and forth, I want it to quickly bounce back off the ground.Despite the above complaints, I love this board. It's beautiful and the extra size is the way to go. It's my new board for when I'm doing balance board work. I'd absolutely recommend it, though the mat is definitely going to be YMMV for how durable you find it.

J'adore ma balance board ! C'est l'accessoire parfait pour s'entraîner à la maison. Non seulement elle est amusante à utiliser, mais elle permet également de travailler efficacement l'équilibre, la coordination et la stabilité. J'ai constaté une nette amélioration de ma force de base depuis que je l'utilise régulièrement. L'application et la garantie
Ce qu'il y a dans la boîte, et ce qui vient après
Il y a un QR code dans la boîte. Il ouvre l'application d'entraînement — incluse avec la planche, et elle le reste. Des séances courtes, pensées pour une planche, du premier équilibre au travail en appui sur une jambe.
Chaque planche part d'ici avec une garantie de deux ans et un délai de rétractation de 14 jours que tu n'as pas à me justifier.
Je suis seul et je lis moi-même chaque message. Si quelque chose arrive abîmé, écris-moi — je préfère réparer que te laisser faire avec.
Comment l'utiliser
Les deux premières minutes sont les plus dures
Je dis la même chose à tout le monde : pose la planche là où tu te tiens déjà debout. À côté de la bouilloire, devant ton bureau, près du canapé. Une planche dans un placard est une planche que tu n'utilises jamais.
Le premier jour, garde un mur à portée de bras et ne cherche rien d'autre que le point où les deux bords décollent du sol. Quatre-vingt-dix secondes, c'est une séance complète.
Au bout d'une semaine, tu arrêtes de regarder tes pieds. C'est là que ça se met à travailler tes chevilles et ta posture, et plus tes nerfs.
Au bout d'un mois, tu te surprends à monter dessus pendant que tu es au téléphone, sans l'avoir décidé. C'est ça, le but — pas une séance de sport, une habitude.
Comment l'entretenir
Le bouleau et le liège demandent très peu
Le plateau est en bouleau 10 plis sous vernis. Un chiffon sec suffit à presque tout. Si quelque chose de collant tombe dessus, passe un chiffon à peine humide et sèche aussitôt — le vernis ne craint pas l'eau, il craint l'eau qui stagne.
Range la planche à plat, ou debout avec toute la tranche posée au sol. L'appuyer sur un coin pendant des mois est la seule chose que j'aie vue voiler un plateau.
Le rouleau est en liège brut, et le liège est la finition. Il n'y a rien à huiler, cirer ou vernir. Un chiffon humide, puis laisse-le sécher à l'air, debout — ne le laisse jamais tremper, et ne le pose jamais contre un radiateur. Le liège se dessèche et s'effrite sur les bords bien avant le bois.
Garde les deux à l'abri du soleil direct sur un rebord de fenêtre. C'est le soleil qui les vieillit, pas l'usage.

Plus simple qu'il n'y paraît. La plupart des gens trouvent le point d'équilibre dès la première séance. L'appli t'emmène du premier déséquilibre au roulage assuré, en séances de quelques minutes.
Ça supporte mon poids, et mon sol ?
